About Robert

I started my journey as a therapist when I experienced my own struggles with anxiety, depression, and substance use. Through therapy, I was able to find relief from the constant thoughts and self judgements that led to avoiding life. I want to offer the same insights and knowledge I was provided on my journey to help those who are working with the fear of future unknowns, uncertainty, and failure that lead to self doubt and self criticism.

How I work

Therapy with me is steady and approachable.

I offer a grounded presence so you feel safe to open up—even when things get tough.

  • Client-centered: Your therapy is just that—yours. We’ll work together in a way that fits your goals, not someone else’s agenda.

  • Compassionate and nonjudgmental: I create a space where you can be real. No judgment, just honest, supportive conversation.

  • Strengths-based: You’re already doing more than you realize. We’ll build on what’s working and grow from there.
