Individual therapy is a space just for you, where we look at the thoughts, patterns, and worries that keep showing up. We’ll build a plan together, but there’s also space to talk about whatever’s most present in the moment. I keep things flexible so we can do what’s most helpful, whether that’s staying on track or making room for what’s coming up right now.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps you work through distressing memories so they have less power over you. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, using EMDR to gently process the past so you can feel more present, grounded, and in control in your day-to-day life.
