  • I offer both in-person and virtual sessions—whatever makes therapy feel most doable for you. In-person appointments are available in Boulder, and you can join virtual sessions from anywhere in Colorado.

  • I’m an out-of-network provider. Some insurance plans offer partial reimbursement, so I recommend calling your provider. If they do, I can help with the paperwork.
